We ship from our Melbourne warehouse to everywhere in Australia. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order.
1. Shipping Options

2. Processing Time
We pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, not public holidays). If you order after 2:00 PM AEST, it'll likely go out the next business day.
You'll get a confirmation email with tracking details once it's on its way.
3. Where We Ship
We deliver to all Australian states and territories: VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT, ACT.
We don't ship internationally.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number via email. Track it at auspost.com.au.
5. Where's My Order?
If it hasn't shown up within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking number for updates
- Ask your neighbours or check your local post office
- Email us at info@vapelink.com and we'll follow it up with Aus Post
6. Signature Required
Orders over $150, or orders with restricted items, may need a signature on delivery. Someone 18+ will need to be there to sign.
7. PO Boxes
We can ship to PO Box addresses with standard shipping. Express isn't available for PO Boxes.
8. Age Check
By law, you need to be 18+ to buy vaping products in Australia. We verify age on all orders and can cancel any order if we can't confirm it.
9. State Regulations
Some vape products have different rules depending on the state. We follow all applicable Australian laws when it comes to selling and shipping vaping products.
