We get it — sometimes things don't work out. Here's how returns and refunds work at Vapelink, all in line with Australian Consumer Law.
1. Your Consumer Rights
Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is:
- Faulty or defective
- Not what was described
- Not fit for purpose
- Not up to acceptable quality
These rights can't be waived — they apply no matter what.
2. Changed Your Mind?
No stress. We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is:
- Unused, unopened and still in its sealed packaging
- In a condition we can resell
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase
We can't accept returns on:
- Opened e-liquids or vape juices (hygiene reasons)
- Used coils or pods
- Clearance / final sale items
- Gift cards
3. Got a Faulty Item?
Let us know within 30 days of delivery. Send us:
- Your order number
- What's wrong with it
- A photo or video showing the issue
We'll sort it out — replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
4. Starting a Return
Email us at info@vapelink.com with the subject "Return Request — [Your Order Number]". We'll send you return instructions and a return authorisation.
Don't send anything back before getting in touch with us first.
5. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Faulty product: We cover it
- Change of mind: That's on you
6. Getting Your Refund
Once we get the item back and have a look at it, we'll let you know if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping costs aren't refunded (unless we sent you the wrong thing or it was faulty)
7. Exchanges
Want to swap for a different variant of the same product? Just email us at info@vapelink.com and we'll see what's available.
8. Damaged During Shipping
If your order turns up damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We'll send a replacement or refund — no extra cost to you.
