Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, PayID, Bitcoin, and in-store payments at our Coburg North shop. All prices are in AUD.
Do I need to be 18+?
Yes — it's a legal requirement in Australia. We check age at checkout and might ask for ID.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If we haven't shipped it yet, email us at info@vapelink.com.au as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do. Once it's been shipped, we can't cancel it.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping is 3–7 business days. Express is 1–3 business days. We usually process orders within 1–2 business days.
Is there free shipping?
Yep — free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia.
Do you ship overseas?
Nah, Australia only at the moment. We ship to all states and territories though.
Can I track my parcel?
Once it's shipped you'll get an email with your Australia Post tracking number.

Is everything genuine?
100%. We get our stock directly from authorised distributors. No knockoffs.
What brands do you stock?
SMOK, Vaporesso, GeekVape, Voopoo, Uwell, Aspire, Innokin, FreeMax, and a heap more. Check the collections page to browse by brand.
Do you sell nicotine e-liquids?
We sell nicotine-free e-liquids. For anything with nicotine, you'll need to look into the current Australian regulations — a prescription from a registered doctor may be required.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
14-day returns on unused, unopened products. Faulty items are covered under Australian Consumer Law. Full details on our Refund & Returns Policy page.
How do I return something faulty?
Email info@vapelink.com.au with your order number, what's wrong, and a photo. We'll take it from there and cover the return postage.
